The Results
- Achieved 10% reduction in bugs after each production release. Further tuning is in progress with a goal to reduce the bugs to 25%.
- Increase in the development capacity or each scrum team by an average of 20% of planned story points
- Better defined stories resulted in 12% reduction of back and forth between the business and IT teams.
