They have an exceptional understand of the Salesforce Ecosystems, with a unique offering in Revenue Intelligence that gave us visibility to all our data. The CEO and the board could not believe what they were getting.

I have had the pleasure of working with Nespon on several large projects in the telecommunications industry, which has become an extremely competitive industry. Cost cutting measures were required and Nespon’s IT solutions team, on-shore facility, and ability to assist in providing outstanding programming support helped us to be extremely economical and successful.

The digitalization of tasks and the geolocation of field resources with Salesforce Field Service Lightning has allowed us to improve the effectiveness of the Emergency process in terms of priority assignment and response time. The traceability of documentation has enabled us to gain efficiency in the process and improve customer service. Customers can now make real-time inquiries about the progress and status of their procedures.
