We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team!
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in administration, management and leadership of projects for the implementation of digital technology solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generate business value vision in the teams.
- Coach people involved in the project in the adoption of agile values and practices.
- Control and approve hours in internal systems.
- Promote and always choose teamwork, encouraging them to be part of the change and cultural transformation to achieve a better way of working together.
- Generate feedback spaces for the different members of the team.
- Guide teams towards the generation of value and continuous improvement.
- Lead the necessary agreement spaces with other teams and support areas to ensure the delivery of value in a timely manner.
- Promote direct and respectful communication among all team members.
- Maintain up-to-date assignment information.
- Be a channel between the team and HR for employee feedback.
- Encourage autonomy, empowerment and self-management of each team.
- Focus the team on the objective of each Sprint and assertively communicate the project objective.
- Identify possible training needs and level the knowledge within the teams.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
- Experience in administration, management and leadership of projects for the implementation of digital technology solutions for at least 3 years.
- Experience in customer relationship management and leadership of technical/development teams.
- Possess a sophisticated problem-solving toolbox and profound research capacity
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate work teams and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and in changing environments.
