Early on in the Project we codesign with our client the Reports & Dashboards that will be required for monitoring the operation once the Project ends, including the impacted KPIs.
This approach allows us, using “reverse engineering”, to trace the path and waves to achieve the goal. Based on our Salesforce expertise and the clients’ business goals we encourage further expansion, by offering new ideas and alternatives.

Following an “Agile” project methodology, we start with an initial phase with “Mini Projects” or “Sprints”, which allows us to stay focused on the general view of the project, while refining the detailed requirements.
