Phillip Oles brings over two decades of leadership in enterprise technology sales, specializing in cloud, SaaS, and managed services solutions. As Director of Sales for North America at Nespon, Phillip leads the go-to-market strategy and drives revenue growth through direct sales and partner channels.

 

Phillip’s career began in the U.S. Air Force with Air Force Space Command, where he developed a foundation in discipline, operations, and strategic thinking that continues to guide his leadership approach today. He later played a pivotal role in the travel industry during his tenure at Travelocity.com, contributing to its growth through IPO and gaining firsthand experience in scaling innovative digital platforms.
 
Since then, Phillip has held senior roles at IBM, Navisite/Accenture, and ACS/Atos, delivering transformative solutions across financial services, healthcare, and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) verticals. Known for his consultative approach and client-first mindset, Phillip excels in building strong relationships and crafting strategies that drive measurable results.
 
A strong advocate for innovation, Phillip is passionate about harnessing emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—to help clients modernize operations and unlock new growth opportunities.
 
At Nespon, Phillip is focused on scaling sales operations, strengthening client engagement, and expanding Nespon’s market footprint across North America.
 
Outside of work, Phillip enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and supporting community initiatives. He also serves as a board member for several charitable organizations focused on empowerment and education.
